Most of the organizations of Bangladesh specially the Banks do not like to have their HR practice in their Branch offices.They like to be the HR centralized, and when u talk with them about HR in branch offices they will tell you proudly this, " HRM is not practiced in branch office it is practiced in Head offices. :(
This can be a quote from a Branch Manager!
My question is do they know what is HRM and where to practice it or not? sometimes i feel depressed hearing all these things. some craps sitting on the top positions of our country with valuable assets without zero knowing.. and many students roaming around Dhaka city to find a minimum salary job and they do not get that! Though they are potential with caliber inside their head!
so to implement HRM in Bangladesh first we have to abolish those position who want to keep the Bangladeshi students unemployed to save their position. And making the Bangladesh Backdated.
HR is something that Bangladesh corporate persons should learn from the students !
And yeah experience is the Comb that nature gives You when You are Bald. Remember.
You guys should go with your strategy with HRM no matter how long.. but remember we will get the edge !
